Keith's mom asked us to take a picture for the Valentine's Day edition of the Wilber paper. We took about 70 shots and got 1 that we liked! Evelyn has a GREAT smile here - and Joseph has his 'serious' face :)
Evelyn loves loves to paint and had fun sharing her hobby with her friend Tyson. They also played with Play-doh, attempted Candy Land and ate Goldfish crackers. These 2 have been 'friends' since Evelyn was born - it is so fun to watch them grow up together!
Evelyn's MOST favorite new activity is playing on the computer. We have been typing letters for a while now and she is so good at recognizing most of them. ('E', of course, is her favorite) We recently gave her about a 30 second lesson on using the mouse and have been amazed at how quickly she picked it up - and have so much watching her on the Pre-School websites. Here she asked me how to type different words. She got to pick the word and I would tell her which letters. If you can't tell she is REALLY into Toy Story right now! (Hee Haw is what she calls Jessie the cowgirl).
It got cold. Really cold. And the whole family had a case of cabin fever one Saturday night. So Evelyn and I bundled up and headed to Kohl's to take the edge off. We browsed and walked and tried out a lot of toys and books. It was really fun and she did a good job of leaving everything behind when it was time to leave. Although she was quick to tell me that she wanted just about everything for her birthday!
