Joseph - 2 months

 

Joseph, like babies do, is really 'growing up' fast!  We have been having so much fun lately talking to him and watching him smile and coo and laugh with us.  He is so alert and cute!

Joseph had his 2 month check up at the doctor and did pretty good.  He screamed at the shots - but only for a couple of seconds.  You could tell he was in pain later that night too - but no major reaction thank goodness!  He is in the 85% for both height and weight at 24 inches and 13 lbs 14 ounces!  He is my little beefcake :)

For 7 weeks Joseph woke up to eat every 2-3 hours.  EVERY 2-3 hours.  So we have been very relieved in the last week when he has started sleeping up to 4 hours about once a night.  We have had two 5 hours sleeps. I know he will continue to progress - but just am so excited even thinking about him (and us) consistently sleeping through the night :)

This is just a quick video showing some of the sounds he makes and his cute little happy face :)  Oh and the mohawk hairdo is completely natural - guess he is a tough guy!
